Nancy Lee is director-HR business partner for Verizon International, responsible for human resources services such as staffing, labor and employee relations, talent management, diversity, business compliance, and continuity planning. She has held this position since September 2003.
Prior to this assignment, Lee’s focus was in the areas of staffing and benefits, supporting various business units within Verizon. She has 25 years HR experience, both inside and outside Verizon.
Lee is active in the North Texas chapter of the Hispanic Support Organization and serves on the board of DIAL (Disabilities Issues Awareness Leaders), both of which are Verizon employee resource groups. She is also a board member of the Hermansky Pudlak Sydrome Network, a support organization for a rare genetic disorder.
Lee holds a masters degree in human resources and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
Bilingual in English and Spanish, Lee was born in New York City and is the daughter of native Puerto Rican parents. She moved to Texas in 1982, where she currently lives with her husband and four children.
