Becky Nieves

Becky Nieves joined the HPS Network Board of Directors in 2016. Her daughter was diagnosed with HPS in 2013 and she is active on the conference planning committee as well as helping with the Network’s Website and outreach activities. Becky received a B.S. in Psychology from Stockton University. She has also completed some graduate coursework in rehabilitation counseling.

Becky has worked in both community corrections as well as in community mental health centers. She is currently an active stay-at-home mom, involved in her children’s schools, extra-curricular activities, as well as her role within the Network. Becky hopes to continue her work with the HPS Network in the form of fundraising as well as community outreach. She has participated in several outreach efforts in the greater Philadelphia area. Becky lives in southern New Jersey with her husband, Ray, and three children.
