The HPS Network annually hosts a Family Conference in New York and Puerto Rico. The objective of these events is to bring together a diverse group of HPS patients, families, caregivers, and medical professionals for the common purpose of advancing the overall understanding of HPS. This conferences have well-rounded agendas that provide the time and space for support, education, advocacy, collaboration, and celebration.

The HPS Network is 1 of only 14 organizations able to attend the American Thoracic Society (ATS) Conference annually as part of the Public Advisor Roundtable (PAR) to bring the patient perspective and advocacy to the pulmonology community. Additionally, ATS matches funds with the Network to offer research grants. Your generosity will help support one of the biggest outreach, networking, and research collaborations that the HPS Network participates in annually.
